| Complete the Borrower Application. We use the Borrower Application form to perform a credit check on each applicant. The application fee is $20 per borrower. We'll notify you within 24 hours if you meet our criteria as a borrower. |
 | We order an independent inspection and Broker Price Opinion to verify the after-repair-value and repair costs for the property. The inspection/appraisal fee is $500. |
 | We provide you with a Loan Summary that spells out the loan terms. |
| We request a title search ($150) and and schedule the closing. |
